Yes. Residential appraisals, property tax appeal evidence, estate and probate valuations, and divorce-related appraisals are all available statewide. In-person inspections are scheduled individually for each assignment based on property location.

Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, DeKalb, Cherokee, Forsyth, Clayton, Henry, Fayette, Douglas, Coweta, Paulding, Hall, Bartow, Newton, and Rockdale counties each have a dedicated, in-depth property tax appeal guide. We're adding more counties to this list as our content expands.
