We coordinate a convenient time for the property to be reviewed, when an inspection is required for the assignment.

For assignments requiring one, the appraiser visits the property to document size, condition, layout, and notable features.

We research relevant market conditions, trends, and data for the property's area as of the appropriate effective date.

Recently sold, similar properties are identified and adjusted for differences in location, size, age, condition, and features.

All research and analysis is reconciled into a single, supportable opinion of value.

Findings are documented in a formal appraisal report, prepared in accordance with professional appraisal standards.

Your completed report is securely delivered, and made available through your account when applicable.

If a factual or clerical question arises about the report, we're available to review and address it as appropriate.
